What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine maintenance planning, reliability analysis, and shutdown coordination, using SAP PM and Power BI, to improve equipment availability while ensuring strong HSE compliance.

I am a Senior Maintenance Planner specialized in Maintenance Planning, Shutdown Management, and Reliability Engineering. I plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance, build capacity plans, and coordinate planned technical shutdowns while tracking work orders in SAP PM.

I coordinate maintenance teams, subcontractors, and operational stakeholders, supervise Non Destructive Control (CND), and organize UT thickness measurements for corrosion follow-up. I also contribute to critical asset reliability analyses and RCA, monitor KPIs (backlog, availability, schedule compliance, TRG), and develop dashboards and planning tools using Power BI, Excel, and MS Project.
