At TechBridge Services, I completed eight practical data-analysis tasks using business-style datasets. I cleaned and validated data in Google Sheets and Excel, then documented findings for each task.

I created Power BI dashboards showing KPIs, monthly revenue trends, product performance, and employee-retention insights. I also used SQL fundamentals to answer business questions about customers, products, revenue, and transactions.

In my HR Employee Retention & Performance Analysis project, I analyzed 14,999 employee records and created cleaned data, pivot tables, and visualizations to explore turnover, satisfaction, departments, and promotions.

My other projects include retail sales dashboards and sales analysis with SQL. I also built a Python sales forecasting project using machine-learning techniques, with an interactive dashboard/API workflow. I’m working toward becoming a skilled data analyst and progressing into data and AI roles, creating accurate, practical insights for people and organizations.
