What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable quality engineering initiatives, build Playwright automation, drive shift-left testing, mentor engineers, and improve release quality across enterprise web applications.

At Code and Theory, I lead end-to-end quality engineering for Sixth Street’s enterprise financial services applications, shaping automation strategy, release quality, and regression coverage. I’ve automated 100+ critical regression scenarios with Playwright and TypeScript, cutting regression execution time by 50%.

I build and enhance cross-browser automation using the Page Object Model, fixtures, parallel execution, visual testing, Allure Reporting, BrowserStack, and GitHub Actions. I also use AI-assisted engineering tools to generate test scenarios, troubleshoot Playwright scripts, and accelerate debugging.

Across financial services, e-commerce, and healthcare platforms, I’ve driven shift-left testing, API and SQL validation, accessibility testing, and Agile release readiness while mentoring junior QEs and leading quality initiatives.
