I’m a results-driven banking and finance professional with hands-on experience in transaction processing, financial reporting, reconciliation, and customer relationship management within microfinance and banking environments. I bring a strong understanding of internal controls, KYC, and AML compliance to help ensure financial data accuracy and trust.

In my teller role, I supported efficient branch operations through prompt and exact service delivery, high-accuracy reconciliation of daily revenue, and handling complex financial transactions for large volumes of clients. I also explained financial policies and limits (including AML) clearly to diverse audiences.

As a Financial Analyst, I prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) for executive review and external reporting, managed month-end close activities (journal entries and general ledger reconciliation), and streamlined data collection using Excel. I also supported budget tracking by comparing actual vs. planned spending and flagging discrepancies early.

In accounting work, I prepared and posted high-volume, complex journal entries with proper documentation and authorization, executed complex reconciliations, produced periodic management financial reports, and supported payroll preparation. I’m especially focused on using Power BI and Excel automation to translate numbers into clear, visual narratives that improve decision-making and strengthen regulatory reporting, budgeting, and financial control.
