Carried out welding inspection for Askari Cement Company Ltd. (ACL) Line 3 works, ensuring daily visual inspection of fit-up and cap weld quality. Managed weld log/traceability, maintained inspection reporting readiness for client audits, and coordinated with clients and third-party inspectors during final sign-off.

Inspected welding quality for Kohat Cement Company Ltd. (KCCL) Line 4 projects, focusing on fit-up, root pass, hot pass, and final cap weld acceptance for critical/high-pressure pipelines. Ensured consumables were stored/handled/baked per EN 1011, verified traceability through MTR-to-heat numbers, and supported hydrostatic testing activities.

Coordinated PTW and supervised mechanical activities for the ADNOC Gas Processing Plant (GASCO), supporting maintenance and commissioning of vessels and heat exchangers. Assisted with replacement of small-bore piping and managed hydro-testing activities for piping and associated equipment.

Supported Qatar chemical shutdown activities by leading mechanical work focused on removal and re-installation of KV valves. Ensured work execution aligned with shutdown scope requirements and installation readiness for mechanical interfaces.

Handled work permit receiver duties during Petro Rabigh Oil Refinery and Ma’adan Phosphate Plant shutdowns. Supported tank/storage activities repair and maintenance of vessels/columns and piping IWS jobs to support safe mechanical execution.

Coordinated PTW and supported mechanical shutdown work at Abu Dhabi Oil Refinery (TAKREER), including removal and re-installation of KV valves. Ensured permits and shutdown execution steps were aligned with job scope and site requirements.
