At School of Modern Skills, I led the development and implementation of a whole-school assessment policy and assessment provision across Grades 1–12. I analyzed school-wide assessment data to identify attainment gaps and support academic improvement.
Previously, I progressed through Assistant Vice Principal and Deputy Principal roles at School of Modern Skills, supporting staff development, teacher feedback, and school policies. At Al Ittihad Private School – Jumeira, I taught the American Curriculum, including AP English Language and Composition, and coached teachers.
Since March 2018, I’ve designed training programs and online learning modules as a Learning & Development Consultant, Trainer, and ICF Certified Coach. My qualifications include a Master’s in Educational Management & Leadership and Licensed Trainer of Trainers certification.
