Nadim Srabon

At East West University, I’m studying Data Science and building machine learning and deep learning systems beyond the notebook. My Bangladeshi Currency Recognition system used Vision Transformers and achieved 99.87% accuracy across all nine Taka denominations.

I deployed the system on HuggingFace Spaces with a FastAPI backend, ONNX export, and Docker containerisation. The model weights are publicly available on HuggingFace Hub.

I’m conducting my undergraduate thesis on an Intelligent OCR system for automated document digitisation, focusing on CNN-based recognition of handwritten and printed text. I’m open to internship and full-time opportunities in Machine Learning Engineering and Data Science.
