I seek senior roles in corporate or investment banking or financial advisory where I can lead transaction advisory, portfolio management, and mentoring within a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

I am a senior corporate banking and financial advisory professional with extensive experience in financial modeling, statistical analysis, and strategic decision-making. I earned the CFA charter in 2014 and hold an MBA in Finance, which underpin my technical and commercial judgment.

In my recent role I led advisory and consulting engagements, delivering sell-side and buy-side due diligence, capital restructuring advice, and board-level analytical reports for major privatizations and transactions. I have managed credit and equity portfolios and built financial models that informed high-stakes decisions.

Throughout my career I have led teams across banks and investment firms, including roles as VP/Divisional Head for corporate and investment banking and senior relationship management at ICBC. I have a proven track record in raising financing through debt syndication, performing valuations (DCF, comparable, enterprise) and structuring complex cross-border deals.
