What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a growth-oriented company where I can own month-end and reporting work, keep improving processes, and receive ongoing training—so I can build a long-term accounting career aligned with my goals.

I’m a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 4+ years of full-cycle, accrual-based accounting experience across multiple entities. I own the monthly close process end-to-end—journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial review—so reporting stays accurate and on time.

In my current role, I’m the primary accounting contact for charter schools, managing funding disbursements from CDE. I also process employee reimbursements, per diem, and travel transactions with strict compliance and documentation standards, consistently resolving complex discrepancies through detailed analysis.

Previously, I supported GAAP-compliant reporting and audit readiness by preparing financial statements, maintaining fixed asset records, and creating documentation to resolve auditor inquiries. Before that, as a Financial Analyst II at Trane Technologies, I executed timely month-end close and streamlined accounting workflows using Oracle, OneStream, Coupa, and TAP.

I bring a strong foundation from earlier work as an Accounts Payable Specialist (temp) and a Finance Intern, including accurate invoice entry, GL classification, and vendor payment processing. I’m recognized for independently managing workflows and communicating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders, and I’m seeking a growth-oriented company that values professional development, ongoing training, and long-term career advancement.
