Mya Hobson

I am an interior designer with over three years of experience, complemented by a strong architectural background. My education at the University of Florida, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Design in Architecture and a minor in Sustainability, has equipped me with a unique perspective on design that is both concept-driven and impactful.

At Gensler, I have successfully designed and supported a variety of projects, including workplace, residential, and mixed-use spaces. My role involved leading space planning efforts and producing high-quality visual renderings that enhanced design presentations. I take pride in my ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, where creative problem-solving and attention to detail are paramount. Beyond my design work, I am passionate about coaching volleyball, which has honed my leadership skills and ability to mentor others.
