I’m a Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280) with 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering operational and L1/L2 support for Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environments.

I monitor cluster health end-to-end—nodes, pods, deployments, builds, and workloads—and troubleshoot container, image pull, networking, storage, and application deployment issues. I manage namespaces, RBAC, resource quotas, and user access, grounded in strong Kubernetes architecture knowledge.

In incident-driven operations, I resolve tickets and service requests within SLA timelines using oc CLI and kubectl, and I support routine platform health checks, maintenance, and patch validation. I’m comfortable coordinating with L3 teams for complex issue resolution, RCA, and analysis, and I participate in rotational shifts and on-call support.

I also focus on reliability through automation and observability—using Bash scripting and REST API integrations to reduce mean time to notify (MTTN) by 40%, building dashboards and alerting rules with Prometheus and Grafana, and centralizing logs with ELK Stack for faster investigation.
