At Einnext, I test web and mobile applications, including bioscience and scientific workflows. I validate domain-specific modules to support accurate and reliable application behavior.
I prepare test plans, scenarios, data, and cases from technical and business requirements. I also perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and system testing in an Agile environment.
For API and backend checks, I use Postman to validate REST API requests and responses, and SQL queries to validate data. I track defects through their full lifecycle using Jira and Azure DevOps.
Previously, as a Software Tester at Einnel, I designed and executed manual tests for web and mobile applications and documented and retested defects. I also maintained QA documentation and test reports; at Airtel, I managed customer workflows, defect escalations, and service quality resolution.
