Mustansir Ezzi

I’m a finance-focused CFA Program candidate who has passed Level II, building strong foundations through security analysis, advanced financial management, M&A, options and futures, econometrics, and international finance. I translate that knowledge into rigorous valuation work and well-structured research outputs.

In independent research, I’ve built a comprehensive 3-statement financial model with DCF and EV/EBITDA relative valuation, running base-, best-, and worst-case scenarios and publishing an equity research report culminating in a HOLD recommendation and a target price of ₹650. I’ve also developed a detailed 5-year LBO model for a take-private transaction, including debt financing structure, excess cash flow sweep, and return modeling (MoIC and IRR) based on operating fundamentals.

Alongside finance, I bring an execution mindset from my Live Ops internship, where I managed end-to-end operational logistics for live training sessions for 100+ learners. I act as a liaison between supervisors and participants, triaging real-time bottlenecks and improving post-session reporting through cross-channel feedback synthesis.
