What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or strengthen internal audit functions where I can improve risk management, internal controls, governance, and reporting to senior management.

I lead the internal audit function at National Pipes Company (NPC), where I assess risks across departments and processes, evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance, and report audit insights to top management.

Previously, I established and headed the internal audit function at Smart Village Company (SVC) from May 2010. My work focuses on aligning internal audit services with business strategy and company goals.

Over nearly 25 years, I have built experience in internal auditing, public accounting, and advisory, including multinational exposure with KPMG Hazem Hassan, KPMG Fozan & Bannoga, and EMAAR The Economic City in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

I'm a Certified Internal Auditor and a Chartered Accountant registered in Egypt's general register of accountants and auditors. I also passed the chartered accountant tests for publicly held companies in 2024.
