At VOLVO, I develop Generative AI and NLP solutions to analyze truck safety issues. I built pipelines for text preprocessing, embeddings, vector retrieval, and LLM-driven classification, improving top-1 accuracy from 69% to 93% across 74 issue categories.
Before returning to VOLVO as a Data Scientist, I led the migration of its Quality & Warranty Analytics platform from SAS to Microsoft Azure. I reduced processing time by more than 70 hours per month through incremental loading and Spark and SQL optimization.
Earlier at Volvo Group, I built and optimized SAS/SQL ETL pipelines for automotive quality, warranty, diagnostics, and parts distribution. My work has spanned data engineering, machine learning, and cloud-based analytical systems.
