I’m an accounts payable professional with 1+ year of experience at Copart India Tech Centre, where I focused on getting financial data right the first time through strong reconciliations and controls. I’m results-driven and enjoy investigating issues until discrepancies are resolved.

In my day-to-day work, I perform reconciliations between bank files and system records to ensure exact financial reporting and timely resolution of discrepancies. I also handle vendor and owner account reconciliations by analyzing balances and clearing outstanding items through detailed ledger reviews.

I process and validate invoices according to company policies, execute payment processing while adhering to internal controls, and create and post manual journal entries for reconciliation adjustments. I also research open payment items, investigate variances and discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams to support accurate outcomes.

I bring month-end close support by maintaining accurate accounting records and reconciliation reports, using MS Excel and COBALT to drive reporting and analysis. I’m looking to use my accounting and reconciliation ability to build a successful career in Record-to-Report (R2R) operations within a multinational organisation.
