I am an MBBS graduate with hands-on clinical exposure and a strong foundation in medical terminology, clinical concepts, and patient documentation. I completed clinical observership and an internship where I reviewed medical records, discharge summaries, and observed documentation across OPD, ICU, Emergency, and wards.

During my medical internship, I focused on reviewing patient histories, diagnoses, and treatment plans for clarity, accuracy, and completeness, developing an analytical approach toward record review while adhering to institutional protocols and confidentiality standards.

My observership at a tertiary hospital reinforced the importance of accurate, standardized medical records and familiarized me with practical workflow processes for clinical documentation. I adapted to varied schedules and learned to follow established review guidelines.
