What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in a clinical laboratory where I can optimize sample management and testing accuracy, maintain strict infection control and quality assurance, and deliver reliable, actionable results that improve patient performance and serve the community.

I am a Ugandan medical laboratory technician with a certificate in medical laboratory technology from Mengo Hospital medical training school. I bring hands-on expertise in sample collection, sample preparation, sample referral, and dissemination of results, with a strong focus on reliability, validity, and patient-centered outcomes.

In my recent roles, I have optimized laboratory work flows through meticulous sample management, proactive equipment calibration and troubleshooting, and rigorous data documentation. I follow SOPs and GMPs, maintain strict laboratory hygiene and infection control, prepare and label media/specimens, record control values for dependable results, and relay information using established methods to support informed clinical decisions.
