I’m an Accounting Operations Manager supporting US accounting firms and now running accounting operations for a six-entity, 55-person Australian construction group on Xero. I deliver senior accounting judgment across month-end close, multi-entity reporting, intercompany reconciliation, GAAP-aligned bookkeeping, and audit-ready financial statements—P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

My distinct edge is scaling quality through ledger-level workflow automation with human-approval-gated controls: I designed a 169-account multi-entity Chart of Accounts with business-unit variants, built a live multi-entity Xero revenue tracker that replaced manual consolidation, and created a Chart-of-Accounts-mapped cashflow tracker for fractional CFO reporting.
