I've deployed and supported customer network solutions at Comtech Associates, Madani Channel, Fortline Pvt Ltd, and ArwenTech Pvt Ltd, covering firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points, and IP phones.
At ArwenTech, I handle end-to-end network deployments from installation and configuration through testing, handover, migrations, and upgrades. I also conduct Wi-Fi site surveys, heat mapping, POC testing, and create SOP and MOP documentation.
I've supported network security, EDR, Layer 2 and Layer 3 networks remotely and on-site, while managing TAC and RMA cases. My experience also includes SIP and SCCP VoIP troubleshooting, DHCP administration, ISP downtime reporting, and wireless issue resolution.
My project work includes wireless deployment for Ghandara Motors, a 600+ user network deployment for Golootlo, a Riverbed POC for Parco, and LAN and wireless deployment for Lucky One.
