What I'm looking for

I'm looking for Product Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Office Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Services & Engineering Management roles where I can support a growing team with process coordination, documentation, and cross-functional communication. I'm reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous, remote setup.

At Laser & Electro Optical Solutions (LEOS), I lead QC inspectors and technicians testing thermal imaging sights and binoculars against defense-grade acceptance criteria using MRTD, MTF, and NETD.

I plan and execute MIL-STD-810G environmental qualification testing, including temperature cycling, vibration, and shock, while maintaining calibration records and ISO 9001 QMS procedures.

I've also designed electrical systems at Frontier Works Organization and developed a reconnaissance and remotely operated weapon-system control project using digital image processing, microcontrollers, and digital cameras.
