At Mushtaq & Company Chartered Accountants, I conduct internal and statutory audits across textile, dairy, sugar, cotton, and garments manufacturing businesses, including Shadman Cotton Mills Limited, a Pakistan Stock Exchange-listed company.
I audit balance-sheet heads, test internal controls, prepare ISA-compliant working papers and reports, and support management with bank reconciliations, contractor-payment reviews, stock verification, and financial reporting. I also manage bookkeeping and ERP-based accounting activities, including Chart of Accounts design, cost-centre configuration, and accounting-data migration.
Alongside audit work, I build detailed Excel-based financial systems, from a transaction-to-reporting ERP for an IT-sector client to a contract-termination compensation model covering assets, depreciation, inventory, reconciliations, and quality checks. I'm pursuing CA Final through ICAP and bring practical experience with IFRS, IAS, ISAs, Oracle Business Suite, Exadata, and advanced Excel modeling.
