What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead or contribute to prior authorization and medical billing operations where I can improve authorization tracking, resolve complex denials and appeals, support providers, and develop high-performing teams.

I lead the Genicular Artery Embolization authorization department at TBC Solutions for Arthritis Knee Pain Centers, guiding complex procedure cases from eligibility verification through approval.

I manage GAE CPT and ICD-10 compatibility, prior authorization submission, follow-up, first-level appeals, Peer-to-Peer escalations, and second-level appeals. I also maintain real-time tracking and keep providers and front-desk teams updated across multiple locations.

Before leading the department, I coordinated prior authorization workflows and trained team members on verification of benefits, authorization tracking, and denial resolution. I was promoted twice at TBC Solutions based on performance and reliability.

Earlier at Active Key Solutions, I supported CM Copilot's orthopedic specialty authorization work for knee osteoarthritis medications, including Euflexxa, Durolane, Supartz FX, and Gelsyn-3. I've built practical expertise in US insurance, PBM coverage, pharmacy and medical benefits, precertification, and payer-specific requirements.
