What I'm looking for

I seek a role that fosters collaboration, supports patient empowerment, and encourages continuous learning.

I am an enthusiastic and compassionate doctor with extensive experience across a range of clinical settings. I have developed particular expertise in primary care, including comprehensive experience as a duty doctor, conducting home visits, and delivering out-of-hours services. My motivation lies in providing patient-centered care through empathy, active listening, and clear, respectful communication.

With a strong interest in chronic disease management, I am passionate about empowering patients to take ownership of their health through sustainable lifestyle interventions, underpinned by safe and evidence-based prescribing. My personal experience of living with an autoimmune condition has profoundly shaped my clinical perspective, deepening my empathy and fueling a keen interest in preventative medicine and early diagnosis.

I am committed to lifelong learning and aim to pursue further qualifications in lifestyle medicine to enhance my ability to support patients holistically. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Gujarati, I effectively communicate with patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, breaking down language barriers and improving access to care within underserved communities.
