What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level web or system development role where I can contribute to backend support, testing, documentation, and production development while growing within an IT team.

At Infopro Sdn. Bhd., I supported production systems by replicating customer issues, applying fixes, conducting unit and QA testing, and assisting user acceptance testing. I also developed Oracle Forms and database stored procedures using PL/SQL for data retrieval and updates.

I've prepared impact analysis and unit-testing documentation, supported application version replacements under tight deadlines, and helped brief users on enhanced features. My final-year project is a PHP, JavaScript, and CSS workshop management system with online booking, service histories, digital receipts, and automated notifications.
