What I'm looking for

I seek a senior education role to lead teacher training, develop curricula, and support student character building in a collaborative institution that values professional development and community impact.

I am an Assistant Professor of English with decades of experience teaching at college and school levels, and training teachers at university off-campus and distance-education centers. I hold an M.A. in English, an M.Ed, a B.Ed, and am completing M.Phil research in Applied Linguistics.

I have served as a lecturer, vice-principal, principal and program manager, leading departments and managing school operations while winning recognition as a top teacher. I run an English Language Centre and have prepared students for public speaking, debates and curricular competitions.

As a teacher-trainer and master trainer I have designed and delivered in-service trainings, workshops and courses on pedagogy, mentoring, reflective practice and teaching through music and cartoons. I have translated educational manuals and books and worked on community education projects, M&E for development initiatives, and proposal writing.

I am committed to lifelong learning and to building student character and language competence. I bring strong classroom leadership, curriculum development, translation and project-management experience, and seek roles that allow me to mentor teachers and strengthen language education in collaborative institutions.
