What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a position in revenue cycle management, particularly in coding, benefits, accounts receivable, billing, or eligibility, where I can apply my studies and medical billing experience.

At R1 RCM, I investigate denied, delayed, and underpaid medical insurance claims using Epic work queues and claim edit tools. I follow up on outstanding accounts receivable across commercial and government payers.

I analyze EOBs, ERAs, and payer correspondence to determine claim resolution strategies. My work includes facility billing with UB-04 claims, submitting corrected claims, and appealing denials.

At CureMD, I worked across healthcare software systems and followed up on denied, unpaid, and underpaid claims. I achieved a 90% payment recovery ratio on denied and rejected claims.

Earlier, at Exponere Billing, I handled patient account representative work, including claims, denials, and eligibility verification. At Physicians Revenue Group, I prepared provider credentialing files and maintained CAQH accounts.
