Designed store-ready visual systems for multi-outlet coffee shops, including logo refinement, packaging artwork, menu boards, promotional posters, and in-store point-of-sale materials. Created campaign-based visual assets for new menu launches and seasonal promotions, and developed brand usage guidelines.

Developed visually engaging content for Nasi Bakar LG by researching effective color compositions, layout arrangements, and compelling call-to-action statements. Designed and executed social media strategy across 2 Instagram accounts, growing followers from 500 to 900 in one month.

Redesigned xdemia.com, an education-focused social media platform, improving usability and interface clarity. Identified user experience issues and delivered structured UX reports, collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams on dashboard-based product UX.

Designed end-to-end UI/UX for multiple SaaS and mobile products, covering job platform modules, ride-hailing modules, and election system modules. Improved usability and user engagement by simplifying multi-step flows and reducing friction in key actions, and established reusable UI patterns and component standards.
