In my current role, I audit bills and stock records for accuracy and compliance, manage accounts payable workflows, and ensure proper documentation through processes like Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Notes.
I strengthen month-end decision-making through daily MIS reporting and analysis—tracking revenue collection, sales, and outstanding balances in Excel. I also source and negotiate with vendors to reduce procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing previous purchase data, and handle petty cash with maintained records and audit readiness.
