I was responsible for manual testing for multiple clients, drafting test plans and strategies, managing production release sign-offs, and client-side communication. I also took project ownership, conducted monthly product demos, and designed UI automation using MABL. Additionally, I performed backend testing and automation using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, Selenium, and BDD Cucumber. I actively participated in new recruitments and hirings and maintained existing test scripts.
Prior to that, I worked as a QA Engineer at Nodhom - ERP, where I was responsible for test case writing, regression testing, bug logging and reporting, and managing production release sign-offs.
