What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to an organization where I can keep learning and developing, take on new challenges, and apply my interest in technology and business.

At INTEGRA SOLUTIONS, I work on authorizations for patients receiving care for cardiovascular disease. I initiate authorizations, check daily add-ons, and attach authorization documents to patient charts.

At ASCEND BPO SERVICES, I verified patients’ insurance eligibility and benefits through portals such as Availity, UHC, and Trizetto, as well as by calling insurance companies. I also initiated authorizations for procedures.

In a separate CLIENT SUPPORT role at ASCEND BPO SERVICES, I received patient calls, addressed concerns, and helped schedule patients with the appropriate doctors.

Earlier, I worked in direct sales at COUNTRY PLUS FOODS and VOLKA FOODS.Co (Giggly), connecting with shopkeepers and collecting orders. At Salman’s Pharmacy, I handled billing, data entry, inventory updates, and prescription records.
