I've edited and developed academic, research, and educational content, including copyediting and fact-checking projects at the CSU Writing Centre and co-authoring a bioscience research article through Swansea University.

As a teacher and student-teaching intern, I've helped writers improve through comparative feedback, clear goals, and accessible explanations of complex ideas. I adapt content for multilingual learners and diverse audiences while maintaining clarity, tone, and engagement.

I've also led teams at H&R Block, coordinating meetings, delivering training, and communicating complex tax-year information clearly. Across education, editorial work, and team environments, I bring careful research, strong organisation, and audience-focused writing.
