I lead CAMS for the Government of Tamil Nadu, a statewide compliance and audit platform serving 5,000+ government users and approximately 90,000 institutions. I own delivery from requirements through CI/CD deployment, production support, regulatory coordination, and executive reporting.

At Zigma Technologies, I manage 3–4 concurrent government projects, guide a 10-member cross-functional team, and serve as the primary link between senior IAS officers, department heads, vendors, and technical teams. I’ve maintained zero SLA breaches while using structured risk, change, and release management to reduce rework by about 30%.

Previously, I coordinated delivery and engineering for a Netherlands-based SaaS product with 50,000+ users, improving API architecture and reducing P1 incidents by about 33%.

I also founded Coderaavana Technologies, where I delivered 15+ mobile applications and 3 ERP/SaaS platforms for clients across six countries. I bring hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, REST APIs, PHP, Laravel, and database systems to large-scale delivery leadership.
