I'm training AI to provide accurate, safe, and scientifically sound guidance on fitness, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles, drawing on 30 years in the fitness industry.
As Founder and President of the Ukrainian Fitness Federation, I built competitive and recreational fitness programs from the ground up, helped register fitness as an official sport in Ukraine, and coached Ukrainian, world, and European champions.
I now own and manage LaVita Women's Fitness Club in Baku, while bringing hands-on experience in personal training, rehabilitation, nutrition planning, fitness-club launches, staff development, and fact-checking AI responses.
