I’m a Data Analyst with 4 years of experience transforming operational, sales, CRM, and financial data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. I work across SQL (SSMS), Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Python to design KPI dashboards, automate reporting, and deliver reliable analysis. I’m currently building an end-to-end data warehouse using SQL and BI tools.

In my current role at NAFFCO, I analyze operational, sales, CRM, financial, maintenance, and inventory data using SQL (SSMS) and Excel. I design interactive Tableau dashboards and KPI frameworks to monitor project progress, costs, revenue, workforce utilization, and inventory performance, while building automated reports with Python to replace manual workflows. I also extract, validate, and transform data across business systems to keep reporting accurate, and I manage supplier portals to track invoices, payments, and approvals.

Previously, at Fiore Giza, I analyzed retail sales from a multi-branch confectionery chain by extracting transactional data from the EPOS point-of-sale system with SQL (SSMS). I built dynamic Tableau dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly sales, top products, and customer purchase patterns, and I used Scikit-learn regression forecasting to predict sales trends. Earlier, as a Junior Data Analyst at EcoRemarketing and a Business Assistant in Cairo, I strengthened my reporting and data-quality skills with SQL, Excel, and Power BI, and delivered clear weekly/monthly business reports.
