What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a challenging R&D Quality Engineer position where I can apply my electrical and computer science engineering knowledge and hands-on solar module manufacturing experience to product innovation, process improvement, and high quality standards.

At my current Research and Development Engineer role, I work on improving solar module efficiency, reliability, and performance. I perform EL, IV, Gel, Peel, and Adhesion testing to check product standards.

I monitor manufacturing parameters across stringing, lamination, and JB potting. When defects such as cell cracks, delamination, bubbles, or low output arise, I analyze causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.

I use ZWCAD to create solar cell metallization patterns and optimize module layouts to reduce Cell-to-Module losses. I also translate flash-test metrics into standardized technical datasheets.

My background includes a B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. I graduated as a college topper with an 85.37% aggregate in my B.Tech.
