I'm leading the financial, statutory, CAPEX, and operational workflows for Bharatmet Resources' ₹13 Crore greenfield manufacturing project, taking it from inception toward commissioning.
I prepare bank-ready CMA reports, financial projections, feasibility reports, and sensitivity analyses while structuring debt financing, coordinating with lenders, and monitoring fund flows. I also manage incorporation and MCA/ROC compliance, including board resolutions, annual filings, share allotment, DPT-3, and director KYC.
At Mental Ice Cream, I supported the setup of an ice-cream manufacturing venture through budgeting, procurement, production planning, cost control, cash-flow monitoring, and inventory and distribution workflow improvements.
During my articleship at Borkar & Muzumdar and Desai Haribhakti, I worked across direct taxation, tax audits, transfer pricing, assessments, litigation, regulatory representations, and Ind AS reporting. I'm looking to apply this blend of analytical finance and operational execution in valuation-led and financial advisory roles.
