I’m an electromechanical maintenance technician with several years of hands-on experience diagnosing breakdowns, delivering rapid response, and running in-depth diagnostics. I’m reactive and autonomous, and I enjoy working in a team while still handling tasks independently.
Since April 2017 at SARL SIOF, I’ve worked as a maintenance technician and also took on increasing responsibilities as Assistant maintenance manager and Packaging line manager. I’ve developed strong company-specific knowledge in the olive oil industry in Fez and I’m responsible for CCP3 b crimping.
Before that, I served as a maintenance officer at SARL SIOF (Oct 2015–Dec 2016) and at OUALI ALAMI BOUBINAGE (Feb 2015–Mar 2015). I focus on tracking instructions, detecting abnormalities early, and producing quality results—especially when work is fast-paced and under pressure.
I bring both technical and compliance-focused training to the role, including HACCP method training, sterilization technique of cans training, and 3-piece metal box setting parameters formation, plus First Aid training. My toolbox includes mastery of crimping tools, mechanical and electrical industrial knowledge, and machine/automated equipment maintenance software, alongside skills with Word, Excel, Ares proteus, and Isis proteus.
