At LTM, I own production delivery for QDMS Web, its ASP.NET Core WebAPI, and background Windows Services supporting Toyota manufacturing workflows. I also designed an event-driven notification architecture with RabbitMQ to process manufacturing-defect alerts asynchronously.
I engineered a production RAG assistant for QDMS workflow guidance using Qdrant, Sentence Transformers, BM25, and reranking. I also built an internal productivity engine that automates sprint reporting and turns QA Excel bug data into structured Jira user stories.
On Quality Insights, I resolved an authentication issue by implementing token refresh, developed a PostgreSQL data-ingestion workflow with AWS Lambda, and improved dashboard performance with Redis (Valkey) caching. I also built a multilingual communication platform with WebRTC, WebSockets, and React.
