I identify and track defects through the complete defect lifecycle using Jira, then support retesting and closure. I document test evidence and results while validating workflows such as customer onboarding and data verification.

At Go Digit Life Insurance, I prepare test status reports, metrics, and data validation logs using Microsoft Excel. I coordinate with business and development teams to escalate risks and blockers.

As a Data Analyst Intern at Varcon Technologies, I designed data preprocessing pipelines and performed exploratory data analysis. In my Data & Metrics Analysis Dashboards projects, I created a Netflix churn analysis dashboard and business intelligence reporting for global market analysis.
