I am a seasoned Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist with experience working for big US based clients in various industries including Foreign Currency Exchange (FX trading), Banking and credit card (Financial), Media, Telecom, ERP (PeopleSoft), Healthcare, Government contracts, and eCommerce. Throughout my career, I have been involved in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to test planning, test case preparation, manual test case execution, and reporting. I am also skilled in automation and performance testing.
At Citibank, I worked as a Sr Software QA Specialist, where I was responsible for customer onboarding, setting up users, and performing end-to-end testing for the CitiFX Pulse application. I also performed functional and regression testing, documented bugs, analyzed server logs, and validated downstream systems. Additionally, I provided post-production support, conducted root cause analysis, and performed targeted regression testing.
During my time at Nielsen Media as a QA Lead Engineer, I led the effort to provide functional and performance testing solutions for multiple internal projects/programs. I gathered requirements, prepared test cases, executed tests (including regression and automation suite executions), and reported results. I also prepared and maintained automated test scripts and conducted performance testing using Load Runner.
