At Acwad Technology, I designed and validated prompts across GPT-4o mini, Gemini, DeepSeek, and Qwen for FIS Learning’s multi-service orchestration, real-time streaming, and QA checkpoints.
I also engineered bilingual content moderation and calibrated the SmartLine conversational agent, including PII redaction and prompt-injection protection. I directed AI coding agents with verification checkpoints and built Python automation bots for reporting workflows.
At AIOps - Cluster, I developed operational systems for supplier follow-ups, pharmacy coverage, order tracking, and delivery rounds. I built API-driven services and data integrations for invoice reconciliation and validation, with SLA tracking and reporting.
With PROF STORE, I built reusable AI product-photography prompt templates and directed a storefront backed by Supabase. I’ve also built projects including a bilingual fragrance-discovery quiz and an agentic resume and job-matching workflow.
