I led business planning, financial modelling, and financing workstreams that supported SAR 680 million in ADF funding for a national agribusiness platform and SAR 168 million for a processed-eggs facility. I prepare investment memoranda, business plans, and financial models for founders, investors, lenders, and boards.
At Flat6Labs, I assessed more than 100 technology-startup investment opportunities and managed budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, capital planning, and reporting for approximately USD 42 million in commitments across six investment cycles and 60+ startups. I also advised portfolio companies including MAKAN Home and Konn Technologies.
My finance work has included improving profitability at L’Atelier Du Miel, where I reduced cost of goods sold by 6% and improved profitability by 18% within 12 months. I also teach CMA topics at Morgan International, including financial performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and decision analysis.
