I completed Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA 200-301) and leverage my foundational networking knowledge alongside operational management to keep IT infrastructure stable and efficient. In my current role as a Purchasing and Warehouse Representative, I manage end-to-end warehouse operations—inventory control, facility organization, and accurate supply requests—while spearheading purchasing processes to secure optimal pricing and on-time material delivery. Previously as a Network Asst. Technician, I wired and installed network infrastructure, supported router configuration, and handled basic troubleshooting to maintain connectivity and system functionality. I enjoy building reliable processes, tracking real-time data, and solving problems that improve both operations and IT performance.
