At DSM-Firmenich, I planned and scheduled preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across plant assets, coordinating technicians, contractors, and vendors against daily and weekly schedules.
I built and maintained an Excel-based maintenance management system to track planned work, work orders, asset histories, backlog, downtime, and reporting. When breakdowns, production changes, or resource constraints disrupted plans, I adjusted schedules and communicated revised priorities.
