What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote opportunities globally.

At NEXT Ventures — FundedNext, I built an in-house AI translation system that replaced a $2,000-per-month vendor and saved $23,900 annually. I also built and deployed the Fundee Voice Agent to automate initial sales conversations and reduce first-contact response latency.

I architected FundedNext’s Intercom Copilot knowledge base, helping grow usage from 61 to 2,500 questions per week across a 94-member team. I’m currently architecting the CEx Insights Platform to bring customer satisfaction, sentiment, feedback, and sales data into one leadership dashboard.
