At CMS GRAU, I supported legal research and document review for mining, environmental, and regulatory matters. I also helped prepare internal reports on sustainability and compliance and contributed to analysis of administrative sanctioning procedures and REINFO-related cases.
At ANTAMINA, I supported legal and regulatory compliance, researched draft regulations, and assisted with filings before agencies including OEFA and MINEM. I also participated in regulatory inspections and reviewed privacy and confidentiality considerations involving employee and operational information.
Earlier, at CMS GRAU’s Real Estate Area, I conducted registry searches and title research for property due diligence, drafted and reviewed real estate documents, and carried out bilingual due diligence for foreign clients. My experience also includes legal research and administrative proceedings relating to state property at SBN.
