At Tajik Credit Support Partner LLC, I led credit guarantee operations, portfolio risk management, and credit approval processes supporting MSME financing. I developed operational procedures and internal policies, and participated in guarantee recommendation, restructuring, and claim committees.
At Leidner & Thiesen GmbH, I provided technical assistance on credit guarantee schemes, including market assessment and support for guarantee frameworks in North Macedonia and Kosovo.
Earlier, at Bank Eskhata, I managed MSME lending operations and customer portfolio development, conducting loan appraisals and credit monitoring. I bring experience in financial analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring.
