I'm seeking remote, part-time, or freelance opportunities where I can create strong visual content for social media and digital platforms while continuing to grow professionally.

At Minexa AI Studio, I create social-media-focused visual content and design concepts for real estate and small business niches.

I develop Instagram carousels, property marketing concepts, reel concepts, promotional graphics, and visual content systems using Canva and AI-assisted creative tools. My work emphasizes clean layouts, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, colour palette, and brand consistency.

Through freelance and self-directed projects, I build portfolio and spec concepts for real estate businesses, including listing transformations, neighbourhood content, and Instagram content planning. I also research target businesses and analyze their social media presence to identify opportunities for more cohesive visual content.
