What I'm looking for

I seek a client-focused audit role where I can lead teams, tackle complex accounting issues, mentor juniors, and contribute to continuous improvement and strong audit quality.

I am an experienced auditor with a strong track record in external audit across manufacturing, mining, hospitality and agriculture. I lead audit teams, plan engagements, set budgets and allocate resources to meet deadlines and client needs.

In senior roles at Deloitte and Axcentium, I supervised and trained juniors, reviewed their work, and handled complex technical areas such as IFRS 9 impairment, IAS 21 functional currency and hyperinflation assessment. I also seconded to Deloitte Dubai to support Middle East engagements.

I prioritize collaboration with clients to understand their business risks and internal controls, and I regularly liaise with engagement partners to report progress and technical issues. I strive to foster inclusivity and team wellbeing while maintaining audit quality and efficiency.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Accountancy and am progressing through the ACCA strategic professional level (two exams remaining). I communicate effectively in English and Shona and am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
